The biggest photo fraud in the last decade was the footage faked by ITN, purporting to show Bosnian Muslims behind barb-wire, in a 'concentration camp', when in fact it was the camera crew that were behind the wire.
The 'picture that fooled the world' was broadcast everywhere, and policy was changed towards sanctions and bombing.
