Yeah, you heard right
For the past weeks I found myself cooking semolina pudding quite often, with all different flavourings added.
When I was a child my mom made it very often as a breakfast, sometimes it would be served as a cheap lunch in school / uni cafeteria. Now I thought I'd have a try and as I was saying made some now and again for the past weeks.
I've done it with vanilla flavouring, ground lemon peel, added cherries and stuff. In a few minutes I shall cook one traditionally, with no vanilla and lemon, and flavour it with freshyl pressed orange juice. Just like I had it in good old times. Ya heard me, we had nothing in the GDR but we had Cuban oranges that could be used for nothing else but making juice of them.
Going to cook NOW. When I return I want to see some pudding / dessert comments.
