Swimming a mile, outdoors, on a cool summer evening (tonight)
French Impressionist paintings; Edward Hopper's paintings
    Dickens' and Hemmingway's novels
    Sweet Home Chicago
Thanksgiving dinner with the inlaws in New England (50+ people)
Pastrami on toasted rye, with a large iced tea
Drifting off to sleep on a cold, rainy night
Our youngest daughter's wacky sense of humor
    Our oldest daughter's smile...
    Old posters never die.

Running about ten miles in a day and feeling like you could go run ten more

Waking up and seeing my cat curled up in a ball next to me

Sliced tomatoes from the garden with lemon pepper on ciabata bread with some sun dried tomato and basil hummus and a little spinach, toasted with a little melted spiced mozzarella cheese

The confidence that I have right now... just knowing that good things are going to happen because I am going to make them happen.

To us, it is the BEAST.

Nah, it wasn't Prozac that made Sava change. It was a change of mindset, and the fact that he acted on said change, thus proving him that he could "do it".

Medication was not entirely useless, in that it lifted some obstacles in his brain that prevented him to change his mindset. But they're not the cause of his changing.
