I'm pretty happy with it. The search thing in the new Start Menu is fantastic. It takes a while to get used to but it's really saved an awful lot of time. I would ideally like it in the taskbar but hey.How is Vista so far?
As for stability and speed, I'm running it on a Core Duo T2300 (2x1.66Ghz) w/ 1Gb DDR2 and a Mobility Radeon X1300 and it's pretty slick. For some strange reason, Firefox loads instantly on Vista while it took a few seconds on XP.
I've had a couple of crashes which I've put down to dodgy video drivers but that's probably one of the perils of beta-testing. Also I can't find any drivers for the Intel HD Audio. Windows explorer crashed a couple of times when moving a large number of files from one folder to another.
Overall, I'm pretty happy with it and I'll be dual-booting Vista Ultimate with OSX 10.5 when I get my Mac Pro.
