    Do you tihnk the end of the world is coming?

    Do you think some sort of end is coming? I don't neccesarily mean religious. There have been (in the past) a large number of people who thought it would end in environmental collapse or nuclear winter.

    I personally think that there is the possibility, and it might be that we will head the earth towards destruction (environmental or nuclear) at which time Chirst will return; but I am an Adventist.

    Do you mean like, today or tomorrow? Or just some time in general?

      The world will stick around for a while. Humanity? I think we'll be ok for a while yet, but there is always that tiny chance that a massive asteroid or comet takes us all out tomorrow.

              Well, I think it is obvious that we will have to change a lot for it not to end on us, either that or escape...

              I think such an event will likely happen in the next hundred years, barring a change.

              I don't think that such an event would kill life on earth.. and I admit that my theology could be wrong. (if medicine advances to the point where I live for 120 years.. and Christ doesn't come/world doesn't end in in 100 years.. I won't feel my religion was challenged)
