The vast majority of the armor looks to be on the top portion of the bike, making it very top heavy. Not a good design for a single-track vehicle because it would tend to tip over, say, if it were hit by enemy fire.
It does look very cool tho.

Originally, I thought it was bigger and assumed the rider was to lay on his belly underneath the armor. But now I see its a small "bike" and the rider sits upright, totally unprotected.
