      If Landis is taken out of the final standings, then Pereiro will be the official winner...the guy Phonak allowed to close a 30 minute gap because they didn't consider him a real contender.

        What is this, the eighth year in a row where the American Tour de France champ gets accused of doping? Maybe the Euro whiners are finally right this time, but I'm skeptical...

                    Seems the French have found a new way to manipulate blood tests of Americans. I hate them.

                      No, I think the French are simply failing to take into account just how much more manly the average American is compared to other nationalities, especially French. Thus, the unusually high levels of testosterone are actually typical on this side of the ocean.

                              You know, I made a statement before that I have to take back. I said that baseball was the dirtiest sport when it came to performance enhancing drugs. I was wrong.

                              Cycling is.

                              Lance Armstrong = Barry Bonds

                              Landis = ?

                                I don't even think baseball is in the Top 2. I think American football is far dirtier. They just know how to keep it quiet and get ahead of the testers easier. After all, they had their steroid era much earlier (in the 1970s).
