it's beyond ripoffs, these sort of shows are mass produced like automobiles, with a new one every year that's still more or less the same thing.

In fact, the breakfast I have in front of me (as I type this very post) is 1 cup of dry wheat cereal, and a small bowl of strawberries and rasberries!
In about 2 hours, I'll go for a 40+ minute run. After that, I should be close to 205 pounds. Usually I drop about 2 pounds after my morning run... especially if it's longer than 30 minutes.
Each day I add about 2-4 minutes onto my run time. Pretty soon I'll be up to an hour.
I'll post a pic later. I'm in terrific shape.
Last Saturday, all the ladies in the club wanted me. I'm a stud.
