It's been so hot that my AC at home has been running constantly... so much that the condenser iced up and we had to shut it down for a while. Ugh.

105 degrees outside and maintenance just told us to turn off our A/C since the unit had clogged up.

I just overheard two folks up here in florence talking about how they are gonna experience a heatwave later this week. They said it was going to be a whopping 83 degrees. I thought to my self being from texas thats your idea of a heatwave???, with winds that continue to blow at 15 to 20 miles an hour

Thankfully it got down to about 70 last night after some thunderstorms, so I was able to shut the air off overnight and let it rest.

              Back on today, though.

                      Thank goodness for CAC.

You think that's what causes it to ice up? Hmm... how often is one supposed to change the filter?

When you restrict the air flowing into the room, you make the A/C work harder, which can cause it to freeze up.

You should change filters every few months for peak performance.
