I have a great dislike for social engineering based on utopian ideals. Those utopian social engineering projects often end up as totalitarian nightmares (USSR, China under Mao, Pol Pot, etc.) because the utopians are forced to supress dissent against the social engineering. Leninist crap has pretty much distroyed Socialism's reputation.
