This seems very unfair.
They appear to have committed no crime in the US- there alledged victims are a UK bank and more importantly the US have not ratified their side of the treaty on which they will be extradited under.
If the UK want somone extradited form the US there still has to ne a prima facie case this is no longer required the other way. In effect the US can ask for anyone and we have to send them.
Can you imagine the fuss if the UK wanted to extradite US citizens without any evidence being required.
