I agree, but if you see a Fox walk into a chicken house, if you dont at least question what he is doing he may eat all your chickens

If you see a man in a mask and has a weapon and walk into a Bank screaming in a foreign language you may at least be concerned what he is up to

I would not "condemn" nor would I "accuse" but more just say it seems a tad bit odd, and if he or anyone else did it to my Grandsons, i assure you, I would within seconds lay them on the ground for in my world it is not even acceptable

As far as I'm aware Putin is not a convicted child-molester hence there's no reason at all to assume he was up to something malicious, quite unlike those examples.

None of those he did to the kid. I'd rather say it's more disturbing that people automatically consider it to be something sexual. Pretty typical of an age that barely has a form of physical contact left that hasn't been associated with sex already. I can't wait for the first court-case that involves a man who had the nerve to stroke an under-age stranger.
