I see it but don't believe it. The Republican candidate for governor of Washington state is actually calling for this. Here's the link. He appears to be the nephew of 1964 presidential candidate Barry Goldwater.

Prison labor has been suggested by some, but it is fairly pointless. If he's that interested in the work he should just go to a day labor site and hire them. He'll probably even save on what he'd have to pay them in the work camp.Comment
