It seems our friends over at the RIAA just cannot get enough. The latest BS to emerge from there are cease-and-desist letters to Youtube users who have dared to put up videos of things such as themselves dancing to music they haven’t licensed.

This is a problem when you want credibility and keep arguing that copying is stealing just like you would from a store. It's just not solid, it can be argued to be stealing, but not like that.
So now you want to be credible, and use scare tactics and these truly incredible cases keeps on coming all the time, well.. you can forget about having any weight on words or threats at this point, most think RIAA adn others are just fat clowns trying to leech income from anyone they can put their finger on.
If they want piracy to be taken as a serious matter, they should first off boot the managment of these organizations. THey are doing a piss poor job.In da butt.
