          Investors don't like war risk. Nigeria is not still technically at war with its artificially seperated other half. Nigeria doesn't make itself seem to be provoking the US all the time.

              No, you blamed a single businessman. If you see it differently now, it's because I pointed out your flawed reasoning. Not being completely setup had nothing to do with it. It couldn't finish because it lacked foreign investment. Yang Bin could have been replaced. However, with China against the project, North Korea's own reputation, and little prospect for big profit to begin with, it was doomed to fail. As are future projects like it.
