We're blackmailing them to stop counterfeiting our currency, and to stop smuggling drugs. Does the PRC think its wrong for us to do that? If the PRC thinks that counterfeiting and drug smuggling are acceptable activies by a state, they should say so.

China is the only group that holds any stick over NK(other then the all out military attack). And they hold quite a stick over them. So either they are complicit and the negotiations are over, or they are unwilling to risk using that stick, and the negotiations are over.
