Well, you have to cook it, first. Rare to medium-rare is ideal for meat.

Superheat the grill.

Drop the sausages on it just long enough for the outside to turn crispy.

Serve it, so when you eat it, you get nice, juicy, still slightly reddish and not very brown meat.

See now that I can do. It just seems when you burn them or scortch them to long they can be a bit dry on the inside. Nothing worse then dry meat. Maybe we should start a BBQ thread with BBQing tips. I always seem to put my meat on to soon so it cooks on the outside but not the inside.

You know DanS, the funniest thing just occured. When I logged on just now, KrazyHorse was in fact on my ignore list, although I never put him there. Even if I wanted to I wouldn't have known how to do that, lol.
