Ok. So I boasted for a whole thread how I have a master plan, and I do. The problem is, I don't know much about business. I know we have some succesful people here who have lots of knowledge and I have the utmost respect for your mad ninja skills. Give me few pointers so I can start looking at the right places.
First off, any like simple golden rules? SUch as the Trump rule - surround yourself with the best people? Simple rules of the game like that, that are top priority?
Then, I need more spesific information, and I'm going to let you in what kind of a business it is, so you can give your thoughts and input.
OK, it'll be IT field and consultancy plus possibly education (company employees). It might involve also some research, company spesific.
I need employees, I need at least one gifter programmer (talented!) or two. They need to be good. I need at least one person who can educate and hold class to customers.
Those are the grass roots players I need for the operations, but what about business side? What kind of peopel do I need? The service is expensive, so it will mostly attract major companies hopefully, so I need presentations, I need marketing, I need to get those customers. What kind of people do I need for that? What about pure business operations, what kind of people do I need for that?
To launch the business, how many peo ple would it require, provided that I could start with myself and one programmer, how can I meet the demand of a major customer, how can I expand my operations, I mean I might need a HR specialist or someone who recruits people, but do they know anything about business, such as the optimal number of employees we really need?
Stuff like that. Also, how do I calculate the amount of money I need to start it up really well?
We play with knowledge and information. Our investments at first will be only to employ one or two people (to get it started), and our image. Image is super important. We need excellent persentations, we need excellent image.
