Complaints about weather depend on what you want to do in it.
Sit in the garden? 25-30C is great. Sitting on a train going to work? 25-30C is icky disgusting.

21°C is room temperature, quite comfortable. Anything between that and ~40°C is fine with me. Above that it gets warmish, below that is frakking cold (though after an extended period of sub-zero temperatures I can tolerate 10-15°C for a while).Comment
