In Yookay, we have 40% inheritance tax, but with a £275k nil band, so that the rich are taxed when they die, but the average joes aren't. I think that this is a fine situation, although I'm intrigued to see how Ming (Campbell) has calculated that he can cut taxes and still make public service improvements. Not that I'm near enough either the upper or lower limit at the moment.
