Anyone know how to make an Excel graph that is log-log, but where one of the axises goes from 1-30 instead of 1-100.

    Nup.

Sorry Jon, I can get the log-log part happening, but I can't see any way to make it give me different values on the axis. Every time I try to format the axis to display (1 to 30) it automatically changes itself back again to (1 to 100).

Tried playing around with the major/minor markers too, but it seems to just ignore them on a log chart.

Yeah, that is what I was having happen to me also. I have tried it a number of times.

Here's the graph. I might do what KH has suggested and plot everything gnuplot, but I would sort of prefer to not redo stuff.

          Both Axises should be log.

In Excel 2007, I right clicked on the y-axis and set it to Logarithmic scale with a maximum value of 30...

ah i think excel 2002 won't let you have logarithmic scales with non 10X values

Perhaps I will download the 2007 Beta... what considerations do I need to consider?
