One thing is to blow yourself into bits and pieces, but dragging the children into it because of religious idiocy ????
I would wish that UN instead of it currently wasteful actions about protecting religious feelings would go into the work of an international ban of religion - then at least they would do something that made sense.
German mother 'planned bombing'
Woman using computer
The women used chatrooms to express their intentions
Berlin police say they have foiled a German woman's plans to travel abroad to become a suicide bomber.
She is one of three women who media reports say are being investigated after announcing plans on the internet to carry out missions in Iraq.
Berlin police said the woman may have been planning to take along her child, who has since been taken into care.
Last year, a Belgian woman who had converted to Islam blew herself up in Baghdad, killing six people.
Berlin police told the BBC they had discovered that a 40-year-old woman was "planning via an internet forum to commit suicide, kill or injure other people abroad".
"She herself is a convert to Islam and was thus hoping to get into paradise," the police said. "It could not be ruled out that, in doing so, she would also kill her small child, who lived with her."
Radical spouses
Police could not confirm newspaper reports that she was taken into psychiatric care while the investigation continues.
Berlin newspaper Der Tagesspiegel says two other German women, from the south of the country, had planned similar acts in Iraq or Pakistan.
They are also said to have been prevented from leaving the country.
The paper said the women became radicalised under the influence of their Islamic radical partners and in repeated visits to radical chatrooms, the expert was quoted as saying.
He said entries on such websites had exposed them to investigators as a potential threat. Two of the three women were believed to have been in contact with each other, the paper reports.
Germany's federal police could not comment on the reports.
