It means it most certainly was not a war crime which is what our resident idiot has been attempting to claim inbetween his sessions of misunderstanding the topic of the thread.
Sure, it sucks that militants use women and children as human shields and the situation should always be reviewed to see if some sort of change in policy would provide consistantly better results but at the end of the day it was the other guys who opened fire from a house full of his family.
