This is a ridiculous argument. This presumes that the only way to catch "pedos" is by saving everyone's internet search and email records. This is obviously, patently, false.

There are many ways to catch sexual predators, or terrorists, or whoever the governmet has decided to go after now, and they can do it just fine without peeking into everyone's ****.

It would be easy enough to save search records only for suspicious terms, and not ALL terms.
