Lay faces 45 years in prison. Skilling did face 245, but now I don't know how many since he was convicted on the Fraud and Conspiracy charges but aquitted on the Insider Trading charges.

Apparently Skilling faces 20-30 years in prison.

Good, now to divy up their money and assets among their former employees and anyone else screwed by them.

They'll probably be sent to Camp Cupcake like Martha Stewart was. They're non-violent offenders, so poetic justice isn't exactly cumming their way...

I think that, at least, they should be denied chocolate pudding privileges. After all, prison should be tough!

OMG, this is so unfair. Ken Lay was just an innocent CEO who didn't know what was going on. I can't believe this. It's terrible what happened to the people at Enron, but you can't hold Lay responsible for what others (like Fastow) did!

Lay is really a nice guy

Won't happen. They'll pull an OJ Simpson and sign the money over to relatives then declare they are bankrupt with no assets to take.
