Is it possible to use 19" TFT to watch digital TV via DVB set-top-box?

My parents want a digital TV in our summer home. Dad also need a new PC screen. To combine the two I suggested they buy a 19" TFT and a terrestial DVB receiver. Instead of more expensive LCD tv+DVB receiver. After the summer Dad can take the TFT with him and buy himself a new PC to accompany it. My brother could then take the DVB receiver with him for the winter as he doesnt yet have one.

Now the problem here is that the DVB receiver prolly has one or two SCART outputs as well as an S-video one. The TFT on the other hand prolly has only DVI input. I think there should be some kind of converter/adapter/whatever but I'm not sure.

Do you think this is doable?
