    Eurovision Thread

    Well I discovered to my surprise that the first stage of the Eurovision.


    One thing I must say first - the production and directing are atrocious! Sorry Markos, - this is just ugly. It is poorly shot, poorly lit, poorly coordinated and there is horrible sound.

    Just before the show started, Israeli TV had a "best bits" of the previous year's contest in Ukraine, which was splendid. Compared to that, the Greek version seems to remind me of a cheap game show.

    I hope you have something better in store for the 2nd stage.

        Actually, a whole bunch of Mid-East and Maghrib countries could participitate in the Eurovision Song Contest if they wanted. Israel isn't given a special exemption - they're just more anxious to show off the suckier part of their music scene than Tunisa et al.

                          It's a totally other story with the Ukranian - she could even sing.
