Actually, they were thinking about that since before the problem started and there´s no "hostility" , it´s just by the current Mercosur´s rules the moment they sign an FTA with other country they are automatically out, also it was them who ignored the Río Uruguay´s treaty and went ahead with their project without warning us (don´t get confused just because it has the same name as the country )

i think it's just assumed at this point...
