If Texas broke away, would we be able to remove Dubya and Cheney for being foreigners?
Christianity: The belief that a cosmic Jewish Zombie who was his own father can make you live forever if you symbolically eat his flesh and telepathically tell him you accept him as your master, so he can remove an evil force from your soul that is present in humanity because a rib-woman was convinced by a talking snake to eat from a magical tree...

Almost done term, but yes, I would think.

Yeah but most of Texas voted for that turd as governor here then as President...twice. If anything he'd also end up becoming president of Texas and then we'd have to move.

Back to the topic a bit - why does the US Government send back Cubans at times but not North Koreans given the US Government basically has both of those countries governments black listed?

Cuban isn't necessarily political. More like wetbacks.

If Cubans get to shore, they get to stay.

                No need for slurs, Slow.

Its not a slur. When they get out of the river, they're wet. Just a term used locally. My apologies.

Ok. It's different than Mexicans that pass through the river.

Thats not true. Remember when they had the police storm a house in Florida to ship a kid back to Cuba?

Apologies accepted, but it IS a slur:

Exception (only one AFAIK) proves the rule?

That was a very specific exception because the kid's dad was in Cuba and there was this huge political fuss.

It just wouldn't surprise me if there were others we didn't know about. One exception can change a rule entirely.

Doesn't the coast guard also make an active effort to stop them before they get to shore in order to send them back?

Is there any proof behind that statement or just entirely unsupported speculation?
