        Parts of the article refer to activities taking place in Mogadishu, which is definitely in the south. Even the south has governments of sorts, the warlords who control the militias. I find it difficult to believe that the strongmen who control these areas don't take a cut out of business revenues, after all, the militias have to be fed and armed.

        I wonder how much revenue piracy brings in?
