Let me get this straight: North Dakota is legalizing hemp, while South Dakota is criminalizing abortion?

Is there some sort of split occurring between the Dakotas?

Will North Dakota next allow gay marriage and declare itself a nuclear-free zone? Will South Dakota racially segregate its schools and implement mandatory Intelligent Design training?

Is the explanation that North Dakota is being influenced by its socialist neighbor just across the northern border?

ND and Western Minnesota is just as socially conservative as ND, that does't prevent the farmers around here wanting to rake in the $$$.

BTW Slow, hemp grows just fine up in Canada. The farmers around here are getting jealous of the Canadians and want a peice of the action.

but this is for industrial hemp, true? It wont be legal to grow for personal use
