          Why not just WALK then ... still can run faster than on a segway

                          There are a lot of cops with F150s in Houston. Not necessarily the best trucks, but they are cheap and you don't immediately think cop car when you see it. It's generally used by cops in neighborhoods that are overprotective and really enforce the speed limit.
