Well, I guess Dis, PH and JM are going to chose the banana option since they hardly use it...Well, they use it, just no one else except them have a use for it.

damn. at first I'd say left arm, but I use that arm alot for masturbation. just as much as my right arm. But getting around without a leg would be pain. I'd have to use one of those articificial legs.
As for my answer - I would rather lose a leg. I'm not the sporting type and I can always drive an automatic and it wouldn't immobilise me either. However losing an arm would destroy my livelihood...

I'm going to have to go with left arm. Until they come up with bionic legs, you're talking about permanent mobility issues with a lost leg. Losing your non-dominant arm would seem to impact your life far less.

Using a computer, a joystick, cooking, eating, carrying stuff, giving a girl a massage, just putting shampoo in your hand to wash your hair...I dont see how I could live happily with only one arm.

The real interesting question (for men) is if you'd choose your penis or your brain. Say you had an option of giving up your penis or half your IQ. Which would you choose?

Only a hopeless nerd couldn't live without both arms for optimal computer use - you can get by just fine with one. Everything else you listed can be done with one arm too. Obviously you could carry less, and may need some help cutting some food (although most can just be chewed apart), but I don't see how that could compare to being in a wheelchair, dealing with crutches or shuffling around with one leg and/or some sort of prosthetic. And speaking of carrying stuff, how much do you think you could carry with one leg?
Obviously loosing either an arm or a leg would suck royally, but I think you're seriously underestimating the value of mobility. It's something that effects practically everything you do, not just certain activities that may take up 10% of your time.
