Over the past week, Mrs. GameGeek and I decided to clean out some of the clutter that we've accumulated over the past six years or so in our house. We cleaned out furniture, books, dishes, etc. and put together a load of stuff to go to a flea market auction. One of the things that we boxed up was a circa 1994 Apple Performa 636 CD computer, complete & working well.
My father, who dabbles in antiques and ebay, had read an article that said that vintage apple computers were selling for bunches of money, as opposed to the pittance that this thing is likely to bring at the auction. I've run the ebay searches &, with a very few exceptions, the prices don't seem to be that great.
Can anybody give me some pointers about the "vintage" computer market? Know any good places to sell this thing?
Thanks for any information that I can get on this.
