    April Fool's Day 2006

    It's beginning...

    Slashdot has redone their appearance to appeal to a wider demography. OMG!!! PONIES!!!

    The new Alliance race for World of Warcraft are the Wisps, highlights include a racial ability that when used burns 50 mana from everyone around you and causes your character to die. Permanently.

    Also, Blizzard is opening up a restaurant chain, BurgerCraft, offering foods with themes from Blizzard games. 40 person groups get the Molten Core special event discount, and VIPs gain access to the coveted dining area, the Secret Cow Level.
    Cake and grief counseling will be available at the conclusion of the test. Thank you for helping us help you help us all!

                  My roommate was geeking out for about thirty seconds over the WoW "wisps" one...until I noted that it was 11:30 on March 31, and asked him if maybe, just maybe...? :LOL:

                  And I've never even played any WarCraft game. I'm not gonna let him forget this.

                    I was reading the history of April Fool's on wikipedia.

                    I can't believe the British fell for spaghetti trees. And they say americans are stupid.

                            Theu used the same one over here too in the 50ties. One the most succesfull pranks ever.

                            We wuz indeed stupid...back then.
