This is really funny. You think that you are threatened by low price, low quality ? Well, reality is much worse. What you are up against is low price, high quality.
About union run businesses, well, we have had our share of them, and most of them are dead. Those that still are alive are those that have learned that job guarantee isn't worth anything if the company has to close and that you can't expect the union to keep on paying for those nasty red numbers.
France is trying to wriggle out of this web, though, it seems that the politicians are becoming chicken.
