He's only 7, and he started playing it now. He seems pretty good too (well for 7 anyway). He still can't read too well, but he's slowly getting the hang of it. Maybe one day he'll be better than me.... Na. No one will ever be better than me.

My stepson is 7 and he expresses interest in my games but I didn't really think he would like alpha centauri. He plays AoE 2 and warcraft and Rise of Nations. If your looking for a new game for your son to play I highly recommend Lego Star Wars: the visuals in the space battles are highly intense, and my son really finds it fun cutting off Count Dookie's Lego head and watching the little lego piece head bounce around on the ground....
Plus its a two player game, so its a nice Father/ Son thing to do together.

Thanx Darsnan. My son plays a lot of different games. He still plays some of his toddler games too. I mostly play Madden Football. She's pretty bad.
She plays Civ3 too. She really sucks. Since the only button she presses is the spacebar... skips most of her turns.
