    Connect to the router (or switch). These things come with a Web interface these days. Turn on WPA (WEP if you are using 802.11b, but I don't think that is the case), give it some tough to guess password.


    I know there is some kind of a web interface, I saw the internet guy using it, but how do I access it?

          Look on the website of Edimax. Maybe they have documentation online.
          Otherwise, contact Edimax Support.

            I got as far as finding the address I need to type in the address bar and getting a window that asks for a username and a password.
            The edimax site says that the default options are admin/1234, but when typing that it says that the password is wrong.
