I decided to listen some to Diamond Head and found this song- one of my favourites - called "Ishmael". I found it very relevant to these days with the cartoon crap and all.

The band also has great music.

Can someone tell me what is that called?
(I don't mean New Wave of Brittish Heavy Metal, I mean their more mellow songs)

I don't know many bands from that period, but from more recent bands Opeth and Katatonia comes to my mind.
