Vice President Dick Cheney seems to have accidently shot a man he was hunting quail with. It is kind of funny that a person so fond of ordering military action is himself completely incompetant when it comes to fire arms. Seriously, looking at what you're aiming at and not shooting other people is a very basic skill for a hunter. He should have his hunting licence taken away until he completes a basic fire arms safety course.
