Why are women so vicious to each other?

yeah I know about the wisdom of asking for advice on women here. . but some of you know what you are talking about. . I'm just trying to figure them out. That's my goal.

With men it seems different. Men can hate each other pretty bad. But it seems like usually they just don't talk about it. Or a fist fight ensures and one guy walks away a clear winner, and the loser usually accepts this. But women say the nastiest things about each other behind their backs. I know I shouldn't get in between this. But I'm a stupid guy, what do I know. I know I should steer clear away. But one woman is a friend, so... Yeah I'm not going to go into details of my personal life, I'm just looking for general advice.

although... a catfight would be nice to watch.

Women are more upfront about protecting their turf. Men, well we just wait for the right insult and the twig breaks in our heads and all hell breaks loose.

Women use their emotions more, which is probably why they gossip more.

It depends. Men can be just as vicious, looking for a chance to get even for a perceived wrong. Saying bad things behind each other's back is just child's play.

I think the reason why woman seems to be more viciouss. 1: They seem to talk more about personnal/human issue than man.

So it's more easy to talk behind the back of another person when you talk about issue you have in life or the personnal life of someone else! They seem to give more interest to people and concrete life than to object(sports, informatics, cars, whatever)/asbstract ideas.

LOL it's sad to see these women fighting over some dude they wouldn't normally care about but when it's some other girl's turf he turns into a stud.

Men commit assault, rape, murder, and violent felonies in general -- way, way more often than women do.

So I suppose it depends on your definition of "vicious."
