An Egyptian ferry carrying about 1,300 people has disappeared from radar screens in the Red Sea, Egyptian maritime officials say.

"Cruise ship" is slightly misleading. It was a ferry carrying Egyptian workers home from Saudi Arabia.

"Cruise ship" makes me think of meeting Julie on the Leedo Deck to play shuffle board after picking up a drink from Isaac, your bartender. I don't think they were doing stuff like that on the ferry.
