Target has Chinese stuff, low wages, and opposes unions just like Wal Mart. And it's more expensive, and has banned the Salvation Army from ringing in front of their stores.
Wal Mart will let you do anything short of hosting orgies in the parking lot.
Target is obviously the store of wealthy elitists who HATE AMERICA AND FREEDOM.meet the new boss, same as the old boss

I don't give money to the Salvation Army on the basis that the BELLS ARE ****ING ANNOYING."The issue is there are still many people out there that use religion as a crutch for bigotry and hate. Like Ben."
Ben Kenobi: "That means I'm doing something right. "

Target = Evil
If it's a stand-alone store, then it's considered to be private property, and the store can kick charible organziations off the property.
If it's part of a mall, then it's a public forum, then charities can collect money from patrons as they leave (so as to not be in competition with the store for the customer's money.)

Just in recent memory, I have seen the following at the Camden Wal Mart:
* A group soliciting donations for a toy drive
* A group selling fish fry tickets
* Donation buckets for victims of Hurricane Katrina
* Salvation Army ringers
* A church raising money with a gift wrapping operation
There's even more that I can't remember, and all of this is in the past few months, all of them I have personally seen. Retail store solicitation is a huge income for most groups, for example, Verto's copypaste said the Salvation Army grabbed $9 million just from Target alone. Anyway, I'm glad Target kicks out the Salvation Army. They treat their employees like crap, especially in cheating them out of health care and pensions (because they are considered a church, they aren't subject to ERISA, and they abuse it)“I give you a new commandment, that you love one another. Just as I have loved you, you also should love one another. By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.”

The Salvation Army is a cult.Christianity: The belief that a cosmic Jewish Zombie who was his own father can make you live forever if you symbolically eat his flesh and telepathically tell him you accept him as your master, so he can remove an evil force from your soul that is present in humanity because a rib-woman was convinced by a talking snake to eat from a magical tree...

Hate is such a strong word.Christianity: The belief that a cosmic Jewish Zombie who was his own father can make you live forever if you symbolically eat his flesh and telepathically tell him you accept him as your master, so he can remove an evil force from your soul that is present in humanity because a rib-woman was convinced by a talking snake to eat from a magical tree...

You can be a church-ish-thing and still not abuse your employees. Many churches give something akin to COBRA to their employees after they leave, for instance.“I give you a new commandment, that you love one another. Just as I have loved you, you also should love one another. By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.”
