Call To Power 2 Cradle 3+ mod in progress: https://apolyton.net/forum/other-games/call-to-power-2/ctp2-creation/9437883-making-cradle-3-fully-compatible-with-the-apolyton-edition
I don't need to learn how to construct strawmen, you and MrFun are both oh so good at it that I think I know how to do it if I'm ever in such a desperate situation as you two are.
MrFun considers McDonalds workers professionals -- I'm not sure how that "pwns" me and makes it clear that I need to have an arts education.
In fact, I could work at McDonalds without an arts education if I so chose...
"The issue is there are still many people out there that use religion as a crutch for bigotry and hate. Like Ben."
Ben Kenobi: "That means I'm doing something right. "
By the way, MrFun, Agathon, and other arts people who think they are "pwning" me here:
Nowhere however, would garbage collectors fit in these definitions.
From your own definition:
An occupation or career
Are you really so stupid to think that garbage collectors do not have an occupation or career?
I'm going to quote Agathon here for effect:
Jesus... he's a screaming advertisment for the necessity of the liberal arts.
You two are looking like complete idiots, and you're not even bright enough to realize it.
"The issue is there are still many people out there that use religion as a crutch for bigotry and hate. Like Ben."
Ben Kenobi: "That means I'm doing something right. "
First of all -- I have to give you a half of a cookie Asher for catching me making a mistake -- yes, garbage collector would fit with the term, "occupation."
Second -- no, I am not arguing that a McDonald's employee is a professional on same par as an engineer, history professor, or lawyer.
Third -- what do you get exactly out of bashing people who are arts majors? Do you get a climax? Some sort of high? Seriously -- you need to get some counseling to find out what motivates your hatred, and get to the root of the problem -- it could be a sign of overcompensation for insecurity or something.
Your prejudical rants against arts majors makes as much sense as some who comes up with anykind of bigoted nonsense regarding gays.
A lot of Republicans are not racist, but a lot of racists are Republican.
a) because it's easy
b) because it's true
c) because art majors can't actually mount a counter-argument worth a damn
It's like shooting fish in a barrel. The arts themselves are not actually useless -- with some exceptions, like university philosophy today.
History, for example, deserves a spot in universities today. It is important to learn about our past. I just ask the people who study history acknowledge that it is perhaps not one of the most intense and difficult fields to study, especially at the undergraduate level.

What person would argue with a straight face that history course work in undergraduate school is as difficult as, say, advanced biochemistry in undergraduate school??
I won't argue with you there. But that in no way diminishes the importance of the study of history, nor does it diminish the respect that history instructors and professors deserve.

His posts and actions have demonstrated that he is not amenable to reason or moral persuasion, because he really doesn't understand either.
You're wasting your time with him. He is not a member of the moral community. If he wasn't gay, he'd be spewing worse anti-gay crap than anyone else for his own personal amusement.

Give me a break, I'm a libertarian. Just because I don't want my tax dollars funding your intellectual masturbation doesn't make me a bigot.
You're just upset because you've no spine. Remember when you told us you were Leaving Forever when your spam forum got shutdown? I think you've put me permanently on your ignore list 3 times now, but it never seems to stick.
You keep coming back to me, baby, and that's because you like it.

Anyway Asher, we found one point we can agree on -- in terms of course difficulty.
Can we also both agree that philosophy is even easier than history? You don't even have to get facts right in philosophy.

I have great appreciation for philosophy. Even if I didn't appreciate philosophy, I would not go out of my way to bash people who enjoy philosophical discourse.

Aggie can have philosophical...intercourse as much as he wants. I resent the fact that some of his salary comes from John Q. Public's pockets so he can discuss trivial things that don't matter or provide returns to society.

Cry a river and get over it.
Or, if you REALLY can't get over it, form a petition or organize a street protest -- DO something about it.
