Maybe getting rid of the TV would help. If your anger is aggravated by news of bad things happening around the world, then I would suggest not watching for a while. Remember also that media rarely report the good things that go on around us, but good things are happening nonetheless.Comment

. Although I still am fairly informed of world events from threads here.
But when you hear about the world's inhumanities. You got 2 teenagers beating up homeless guys with baseball bats in Florida. What's up with that? ****ing savages. But then I would be a savage if I killed them. So I don't.Comment

Yes, I too find apolyton to be a fair and balanced news source. With news anchors like Sava and Odin I feel I'm being given the news as it really is and not with any bias.I just don't watch the news anymore . Although I still am fairly informed of world events from threads here.Comment

This is true, but for some reason I find it really funny. Does this make me evil? Don't get me wrong, I don't just pick on the meek, but something about Thorn and Odin really brings out my hatred and I'm really enjoying it.
