On the other hand Ukraine's GDP growth dropped from 12% (Yanukovich) in 2004 to 3% (Yushenko) in 2005. The optimistic forecasts give Ukraine 1% growth in 2006.
Conclusion:
Latvia needs an Orange revolution.
