Looking for a good Salmon receipe

Just bought a beautiful piece of salmon steak and want to know the best way to fix it. Am also looking for some type of creamy dill sauce to go with it. Any ideas?

barbecue, best fish I ever had was shark on the barbie

I cant stand fish except for tuna (and shark)

Dill, thin slices of carrot, wrap in foil and put in oven for 15-20 minutes. Deeelicious!
