On my search, I came across game music for The Settlers / Die Siedler from the early 90s. I did rememebr some of that game's music and thought I'd have a try.
In part of the level music, there's some theme that I've heard on other occasions, even in that MacGyver episode (I had to get you in here somehow
) where he does all his witchcraft in some medieval environment (clicheed as hell). Does it have a more profound origin (some opera or so) or what? How CAN MacGyver and a PC game have the same music?
