    It's not that John Kerry would not've been tarred and feathered had he said this (he would've).

    It's not that Drosedars is overreacting (he isn't.)

    People are starting to get tired of hearing how dumb Bush is. I mean, there's only 3 more years left, can't we just ignore him until they're over...

    I mean, had Bush said this on January 21 2001, Drake would've been the first to post the thread (after using his time machine to register 8 months before).

    But since then Bush has gradually lowered our expectations. Five years ago we thought he was still just that misrepresented guy who could be pretty smart or at least wise but just had his sentences confused. Well, not any more. Today I couldn't even laugh at him if he put his pants on backwards. Who knows? Maybe this is part of Dubya's plan.

                It's all about the low expectations. That's what I think is something sad.

                IF you say about it you're 'constant BUsh basher and hater of the x or y'. If you don't, then you're ignoring it, because, well, you're expected to see these things. Now, that's cool, but when a person then manages to do something normal, it's like 'daaayum he really is GOOOOOD!'. You know.. what do you guys expect from high officials, maybe I get to be the emperor some day, please? I was injured in the service too, far worse than Bush.
