    I'm pissed.

    My bank just charged me 8 X $23 for over draft charges and I don't think it is justice. I showed them that I had deposited my pay check two days before and that the amount was well in excess of the checks drafted. Oh, yes says the bank but we always charge out going checks before we credit in going balances. WTF?! So can you explain why you charged me $184 in charges in addition to your regular monthly charge?

    Oh, yes, There was insufficient funds to cover your charges. I deposited $835 dollars to days before. Yes but it takes a standard two days for you account to be creditied. Wait a minute I notice that you were charging my account for expenditures with in 1 hour of making the purchase. Why does it take one hour to take money from me but 48 hours to credit me with a deposit? That is just standard practice, sir.

    **** this! It is absolutely criminal that they can charge an outgoing charge with in one hour yet they will not credit me with an in going charge for two full days. These bastards need to be hanged by the testicles unitl dead. Do you understand me? I don't care if they die of starvation they must die because they are criminal users of the people and there is no justification for their robbery.

    I'm also pissed that they decided to wait a week to tell me I was over drawn before writing me to tall me all the money they were charging me. I'm also pissed that I deposited way more money then need to cover the checks I wrote a full two days before yet they continued to charge me and not credit may account for the money I had deposited. Eventually they did credit me however they charged me almost $200 over what I wrote and I know I had funds in there to cover it. This is criminal.

    I would seriously support public hangings of these bastards. I think they should be shot in public and have the flesh flayed off of their bones.

      My bank stole about $200 (from overdraft) from me when paypal mistakenly charged my bank account instead of my credit card for an Ebay purchase (which the seller never sent me BTW).

      The best part about it is, the bank charged me overdraft, never sent me a notice that this had happened, then started charging me like $11 a day for 2 weeks before I finally got a notice in the mail.

      They said they were going to reverse the charges, but never did. I kept going in and speaking with them. They said they were "processing my claim". And that the charges would be reversed.

      The charges never were reversed.

      Banks are evil.

      Also, Ebay and paypal are scumbags that make money even when people scam YOU!

      But I got the last laugh, my parents took out about $150,000 of total moneys from the bank (various accounts, CD's, other investments).

      ALL BECAUSE OF $200 IN OVERDRAFTS

                geez what banks are you guys using? I have never had a bank do this kind of ****. The worse the last bank ever did to me was keep the title of my truck for a loan i took out. I paid off the loan but when I divorced my husband another truck we had together he let get repossed and it was leined by the same bank and they were gona keep that title to recoup the loss. No big deal since i still own the truck and dont need to get rid of it. They have a usless piece of paper and i have the truck.

                  Another thing that pisses me off is that some banks only let transfers happen during office hours, despite the fact that you make the transfer by Internet, which is open 24/7. No bank staff is involved, so there's really no reason for the the delay. If you make a transfer on Saturday morning, it's not available for the reciever until monday noon. Some banks withdraw the amount from the paying account instantly, then keep it until it is payed to the reciever up to 3 days later. I bet they invest the money during the transfer period and get an interest for it.

                  But some banks make the transfer instantly

                    are these regular banks or credit unions? My credit union deposits and makes my depostis available immediately, and the transfers i do are usually fron savings to checking and those are done immediatly as well. Well then I alos have overdraft protection if i need it where the will take money from my saving and put it to checking if i need it and if its no there cover the checks and then i pay them only.

                        Get a better bank, now. My bank processes deposits and debits at the same time, overnight.

                        What you have experienced is nothing short of robbery. Its white collar crime. You will find that investors with deeper pockets do not have this problem.

                        In other words, if you bank were a black man from the neighborhood they would be jailed and prisoned for this, leaving their families husbandless and their children fatherless, but you bank is not and the result is that you are left feeling like trailer trash.

                          Most of the regular banks around here suck to like security service and bank america i read the fine print on their **** and told them to **** off. I went to this credit union and have been very happy with them. course i dont think they have this particular one outside of texas but i wouldnt change them.

                            I'm thinking of making a high energy radio frequency weapon (HERF) and destroying all the banks' electronics equipment from a safe distance.

                            Although I probably possess the technical capability to make such a device, I have no idea how to do so.

                            maybe the interwebs will be of some use in this regards

                            but I'm lazy, so it probably won't happen
